【MLB KOREA】Retail Manager 零售業務經理

★★Responsible for overseeing the overall retail operations of MLB Taiwan, driving sales performance, team development, and delivering an exceptional brand experience across all retail touchpoints. Acts as the key liaison between Korea HQ and local store operations.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Lead and manage day-to-day retail store operations across all MLB Taiwan locations to ensure consistent brand standards and service excellence.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all retail channels.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and retail staff to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor and analyze store KPIs including sales, conversion rate, ATV (average transaction value), and UPT (units per transaction); implement action plans to address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team on product allocation, replenishment, and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels at store level.
• Partner with the VM (Visual Merchandising) team to ensure in-store presentation aligns with global brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
• Work closely with the EC and Marketing teams to support omnichannel initiatives and local promotional campaigns.
• Liaise with Korea HQ on retail strategies, operational updates, and brand directives.

Handle store expansion, renovation, and new store opening projects in coordination with relevant departments.

• Manage staff scheduling, payroll budgets, and retail operational costs within approved guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR regulations, and retail standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare and present regular retail performance reports to senior management and Korea HQ.
