To serve analytics and AI stakeholders by providing reliable platform services, deployment frameworks, and operational capabilities that enable the efficient delivery, consumption and maintenance of analytics, machine learning, and applied AI products across the bank.
Job Description\:
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Build, design, and automate analytics data pipelines, workflows, and reusable components that support analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases across multiple business domains.
2.Develop and maintain data preparation, transformation, and ingestion processes to ensure the availability of high-quality analytical datasets for reporting, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions.
3.Design, implement, and optimize analytics workflows and orchestration pipelines, transforming manual processes into scalable and automated analytics solutions.
4.Support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms.
5.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to analytics platforms, workflows, machine learning pipelines, and production analytics services to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
6.Deploy, and maintain machine learning models, AI solutions, APIs, and analytics products, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and business processes.
7.Build and automate CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes for analytics and AI solutions, enabling reliable and scalable production environments.
8.Develop model monitoring, performance evaluation, and retraining frameworks to support the ongoing optimization and governance of machine learning solutions in production.
9.Execute proof of concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and engineering practices related to analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data platforms.
10.Collaborate with data scientists, insights team, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver production-ready analytics solutions that generate measurable business value.
11.Support platform optimization initiatives by identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Strategy
12.Participate in the formulation and implementation of the Department strategy to ensure the alignment with CIB strategy
Policies, Processes and Procedures
13.Participate and recommend improvements to policies, processes and procedures and manages their implementation to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled
Day-to-day management
14.Supervise the day to day operations of the department providing some guidance in the related area, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
Compliance
15.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
