📍 Location: Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office)
💰 B2B Contract: 70–100 PLN/h
We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to join a team delivering migration projects in an international environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project execution while collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Planning, managing, and coordinating assigned projects, with a particular focus on migration projects
- Monitoring project activities and ensuring timely delivery of project tasks
- Identifying project risks and driving mitigation actions
- Monitoring, verifying, and reporting on project KPIs
- Actively participating in project meetings and preparing summaries and status reports
- Managing stakeholders across various organizational structures and governance models
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships
- Collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Proactively identifying project challenges and recommending effective solutions
- Ensuring the successful execution of assigned activities and achievement of project objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or project delivery roles
- Experience working on migration projects is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Experience managing stakeholders at different organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills, ownership, and ability to work independently
