As part of our global and Spanish growth, we are looking for an Infra & Cloud Engineer located in Spain to join the Managed Services team.
What you'll do
- Corrective and preventive maintenance of Windows, SQL, and Dynamics systems (AX/FO, NAV/BC, CRM/CE).
- Manage monitoring, performance, communications, and security of critical systems (on-premises and cloud).
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of the backup and recovery system.
- SQL performance optimization.
- Manage updates and security patches to keep the environment up to date.
- Collaborate with development, support, and project management teams.
- Document technical interventions.
- Perform and automate periodic reports.
- Profile with a global technical vision, capable of visualizing the complete solution to solve problems and improve the performance of current architectures.
What we're looking for
- Windows Server systems administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- SQL Server: installation, maintenance, backups, performance tuning.
- IIS and web services: configuration and maintenance for Dynamics CRM and NAV.
- Knowledge of Dynamics infrastructure:
- Installation and configuration of AX, NAV, and CRM environments.
- Management of on-premises and/or hybrid environments with Azure.
- Troubleshooting of services, connectivity, and performance.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises solution architectures.
- Experience in monitoring, network trace captures, and infrastructure management.
- Azure administration: Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, Azure Backup/Site Recovery, Azure DevOps.
Nice to have
- Azure, Security & Compliance and/or M365 certifications:
- AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
- AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate
- SC-900 Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- SC-200 Security Operations Analyst Associate.
- MS-500 Security Administrator Associate.
Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
Languages: Professional English.
