[MNC] E-Commerce Operations Executive (Brand.com)
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, product information and inventory updates.
Monitor and maintain the online store to ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock availability and smooth customer experience.
Set up and manage online campaigns, promotions and content updates using relevant e-commerce platforms.
Monitor online sales, website traffic, conversion rates and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the achievement of monthly online sales targets and revenue growth.
Coordinate order fulfilment, deliveries, exchanges, returns and refunds with relevant internal teams and external partners.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback received through the online platform, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Work closely with Marketing, Planning, Logistics, Retail and other relevant teams to coordinate e-commerce campaigns and initiatives.
Support the enhancement of the online customer journey and user experience through digital and technology-driven solutions.
Analyse customer behaviour, sales data and market trends to identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and business performance.
Collaborate with technology partners and external vendors on digital platform enhancements and projects.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Support the implementation of digital initiatives while ensuring consistency with overall brand and business objectives.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, online retail or digital marketing, preferably from Retail or FMCG-related industry.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, AEM or similar platforms.
