MNC: Structured Trade Finance Manager (Commodities Trading)

THE COMPANY
This firm has a highly recognized brand name and is expanding. Currently, they seek for a Structured Trade Finance (STF) Manager to be part of their STF team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal with new/existing structured trade financing (ECA financing, Borrowing base facilities, Inventory and receivables financing, Term Loan, Prepayments etc)
- Handle trade financing set up with banks (Structuring, negotiating and execution)
- Prepare/negotiate documentation for facility agreements, term sheets and security documentation
- Work with Bankers, legal, compliance, credit department etc.
- Take note/manage existing facility administration, drawdowns, deal covenants
- Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Structured Trade Finance from Commodities Trading and/or Banking
- Independent, motivated, highly analytical, and has good interpersonal and communication skills
