About the Role
As a Computer Support Assistant, you will provide frontline technical support to staff across the Health Management Network (HMN) and Community Care Network (CCN), ensuring computer equipment and associated technologies are installed, maintained and operating effectively. You will assist with the deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, scanners, digital cameras, multi-function devices and other peripheral equipment, helping to minimise disruptions and support efficient service delivery.
Working as part of a collaborative ICT team, you will follow established procedures to maintain asset records, update documentation and provide timely support to users across a range of healthcare settings. You will also assist with network connectivity tasks under the guidance of senior staff and contribute to maintaining a reliable technology environment that supports patient care and business operations.
This role offers variety, hands-on technical work and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare by ensuring staff have the tools and support they need to deliver quality services.
About You
You are a customer-focused IT professional with experience in PC hardware and software installation, maintenance and support within a corporate environment. Confident troubleshooting a range of technology issues, you deliver practical solutions while providing exceptional customer service.
With experience supporting devices such as printers, scanners and multi-function equipment, you have strong attention to detail, can accurately maintain records and documentation, and effectively manage competing priorities. You are patient, professional and able to build positive relationships with staff at all levels, even in fast-paced environments. A proactive team player with a willingness to learn, you bring a genuine passion for technology and helping others.

To provide administrative support to technical staff to allow more efficient use of skilled staff resources.
