Job Description

1. Instrument Calibration and Maintenance:
- Perform regular instrument calibration to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Maintain standard components to ensure their proper operation.
2. Data Recording and Analysis:
- Record calibration data and review calibration reports to ensure instrument accuracy.
- Provide calibration reports and recommend improvement measures.
3. Instrument Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and repair standard component failures to ensure their proper operation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams/instrument manufacturers to resolve instrument-related issues.
4. Standards and Compliance:
- Ensure all calibration work complies with company and industry standards.
- Update and maintain calibration procedures and standard operating processes.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure calibration needs are met.
- Provide technical support and training to help other teams understand the importance of instrument calibration.
