• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage platform development through EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production.
• Coordinate Product Management, R&D, BIOS, FAE, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams.
• Manage customer requirements, specifications, project changes, and platform versions.
• Track design progress, sample preparation, validation, certification, and production readiness.
• Identify project risks and drive corrective and mitigation actions.
• Lead project meetings and regularly report project status, issues, and risks.
• Coordinate with Intel, AMD, customers, and technology partners when required.
