Mobile App Marketing Manager

The Role
We're looking for a Junior/Mid-level Mobile App Growth Marketer to drive awareness and gain traction for the Delurk app in Ukraine. You'll own how Delurk gets discovered — finding the right audiences, getting the app in front of them, and turning early curiosity into active, returning users.

Compensation
Starting at $600–1400/month, based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses tied to installs, engagement, and retention.

What You'll Do
Promotion & Audience Growth

• Find and reach the audiences most likely to love live voice discussion — Telegram communities, creators, organizers, and niche groups
• Get Delurk in front of them through outreach, partnerships, and channel-native promotion
• Run the official Delurk Telegram channel and grow its following
• Test messaging, hooks, and formats to see what actually drives installs

Driving Initial Traction

• Turn awareness into downloads, and downloads into conversations
• Seed conversations inside Delurk so new users land in something alive
• Partner with creators and community leaders to bring their audiences in
• Build relationships with early adopters and keep them coming back

Engagement & Retention

• Follow up with early users and encourage repeat participation
• Learn which topics, formats, and channels create the best engagement
• Identify potential power users and community leaders
• Report back on what's working so we can double down fast

Who We're Looking For

• understand how audiences grow online and how to get attention without a big budget
• naturally enjoy talking to people and starting conversations with strangers
• know online community and creator culture, especially on Telegram, X/Twitter, Meta Threads
• are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable testing your way to results
• think in terms of numbers — installs, return rate, what's moving and why

Bonus: experience marketing a mobile app, growing a Telegram channel, or working with creators.

Success Looks Like
Within the first month:

• a steady stream of new installs from your channels
• active conversations happening daily
• users inviting others
• a clear read on which formats, topics, and channels convert best
