Mobile App QA Engineer (Manual Testing, Automation Experience Preferred)
Salary: ฿80,000 – ฿110,000 per month
About the role
As our QA Engineer, you'll be a key part of ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You'll own manual testing across our web, mobile, and desktop platforms, work closely with developers and product to catch issues before they reach customers, and help build the foundation for our test automation. Given the enterprise scale of our customers, where software failures can mean real safety incidents, the quality and reliability of what we ship is imperative.
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across InspectNTrack and Smart Safety Pro on iOS, Android, and Windows
Write clear test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and engineering
Log, triage, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, and verify fixes before release
Participate in release readiness reviews and help define release gates that meet the bar expected by enterprise customers in regulated industries
Build and maintain automated tests as the team scales its automation efforts, starting with the highest-value regression flows
Help define and refine QA processes, documentation, and testing standards
Work with design, support, and product to understand requirements and align on priorities
About you
1 to 3 years of experience in software QA, with hands-on manual testing experience
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, including test case design, regression testing, and exploratory testing
Hands-on experience with test automation using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or pytest
Experience testing mobile applications on iOS and/or Android
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication for bug reports and test documentation
Comfortable working fully remote and taking ownership of your work
Very strong in English (Official English proficiency test score required– IELTS, TOEIC etc.)
