Role Description
As a Mobile Application Developer at XoomTech, you will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications that support clients' digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into robust, user-friendly mobile experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring code quality through testing and reviews. You will contribute to technical discussions, participate in architecture decisions, and help continuously improve development practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Mobile Application Development and working with Mobile Applications across the full lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Application Development using modern frameworks and tools, with strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Hands-on experience with Andriod & iOS Development, including building, testing, and deploying apps to the App Store.
- Experience with at least one modern mobile tech stack (e.g., Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native) and RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience building secure, scalable mobile applications for enterprise or high-growth environments is an advantage.
