Mobile Chef Manager

How you’ll make an impact:

Provide cover across 7 sites within Chatteris & Ely (CB4 & CB6), managing the full catering operation
Lead, motivate, and support kitchen teams to deliver excellent service
Plan, prepare, and oversee the delivery of meals in line with company standards
Manage stock, ordering, and budgets to meet operational requirements
Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 35 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
Salary: £15.28 Per Hour | £23,852.08 Per Annum

The ingredients you’ll bring:

Proven experience in a Chef Manager or senior catering role
Flexibility to travel and adapt quickly to different sites and teams
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Sound knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running
