Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Android Native Developer to join our development team and support the modernization of a mission-critical mobile application used by couriers on handheld scanning devices. You will collaborate closely with internal developers to migrate the existing application from Kotlin to Android Native, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal development teams to modernize the existing GCA mobile application.
- Migrate application components from Kotlin to Android Native.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android mobile applications.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve productivity.
- Ensure application performance, stability, maintainability, and code quality.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Work proactively with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Android Native application development.
- Advanced proficiency in mobile application development.
- Experience working with Kotlin and Android technologies.
- Good understanding of Android application architecture and development best practices.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants.
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
