Mobile Developer - Flutter

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade Flutter applications.
• Deep proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of mobile engineering fundamentals and architecture.
• Strong experience in system design and designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, state management, networking, modularisation, and performance optimisation.
• Strong focus on clean coding practices, code quality, maintainability, and writing reusable components.
• Experience debugging complex issues across application, API, SDK, native, and backend layers.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions and take ownership of architecture and engineering outcomes.
• A builder's mindset: Hands-on, scrappy, ownership-driven, and comfortable turning ambiguity into products that ship and scale.
