Mobile Developer

About the Role

We are hiring a Mid-Level Mobile Developer who can own features end to end, from design discussions to client demos. You will build cross-platform apps in React Native work closely with our backend team, and mentor junior developers in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Madhapur, Hyderabad (work from office, daily commute)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship high-quality mobile apps using React Native.
• Take full ownership of assigned modules, from requirements to release, with minimal supervision.
• Handle tasks independently and deliver on fast-paced timelines without compromising quality.
• Contribute to UI/UX and design discussions, and turn designs into polished, responsive screens.
• Work with the backend team to integrate APIs, agree on contracts and resolve issues quickly.
• Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing and technical direction.
• Present features and progress in client demos, and clearly explain technical decisions.
• Use AI tools (such as code assistants and AI-driven workflows) to speed up development, testing and debugging.
• Pick up new technologies and frameworks as project needs change.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of genuine, verifiable mobile development experience, with apps live in the Play Store or App Store.
• Strong skills in React Native (solid depth in one, working proficiency in the other).
• Good command of JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart, state management, REST API integration and app performance basics.
• Experience working with backend teams and consuming APIs.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior developers.
• Working knowledge of AI tools used in everyday development.
• Strong spoken and written English, with the confidence to run client demos.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Willingness to commute to our Madhapur office daily.

Good to Have

• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on both app stores.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows and automated testing for mobile.
• Exposure to native modules (Android/iOS) and third-party SDK integrations.
• Experience on government or enterprise applications.
