React Native Engineer Role Overview We are seeking a React Native Engineer to build and optimize high-performance, offline-capable mobile applications. You will be responsible for mobile architecture, seamless on-device data synchronization, native platform integrations, and driving smooth app updates across the App Store and Google Play Store.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobile Development: Architect, build, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Offline-First Architecture: Design and optimize local storage and data synchronization pipelines using SQLite and on-device databases.
- Native Integration: Bridge custom native modules (Swift/Kotlin/Objective-C/Java) and optimize platform-specific capabilities.
- App Lifecycle & Releases: Manage app store deployments, version upgrades, local schema migrations, and data preservation strategies.
- Performance Tuning: Profile and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and frame rate drops for a smooth user experience.
Key Qualifications
- React Native: Deep experience with React Native, state management, and modern mobile architectural patterns.
- On-Device Data & SQLite: Proven track record building offline-first apps, working with SQLite, and handling complex data sync.
- Native Development: Strong hands-on background in native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) development.
- App Store & Deployment: Direct experience managing App Store / Google Play submissions, releases, and CI/CD for mobile.
- Upgrades & Migrations: Hands-on experience with React Native upgrades, native dependency management, and safe local data migrations.
