Mobile DevOps, Release & Observability Engineer

Summary

Engineer CI/CD pipelines and observability for mobile apps across iOS, Android, and Windows, using tools like GitHub Actions, Sentry, and Fastlane.

Responsibilities

  • Build CI/CD Pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Codemagic, Bitrise, or Fastlane
  • Own the full release lifecycle across TestFlight, Play Store, Microsoft Store, and MSIX
  • Manage signing keys and secrets via App Store Connect, Play Console, and EV code-signing certificates
  • Implement production observability using Sentry, Crashlytics, and OpenTelemetry
  • Build sideload and MDM distribution channels for Intune and Workspace ONE
  • Manage supply‑chain hygiene including SBOM generation and dependency pinning
  • Run infrastructure including CI agents and artifact storage on Azure or AWS
  • Participate in on‑call rotations for release and observability incidents

Requirements

  • Experience shipping products across iOS, Android, and Windows at scale
  • Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD for Flutter and Fastlane
  • Fluency in code‑signing processes and secret management
  • Experience setting up production observability and symbolication
  • Understanding of update strategies like staged rollouts and mandatory updates
  • Strong operational ownership and incident management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with air‑gapped or regulated‑customer distribution
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or Workspace ONE workflows
  • SRE or DevOps background
  • Experience with 1Password Secrets Automation or HashiCorp Vault
  • Proficiency with Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure
