Mobile Engineer (Flutter)
You will build, ship, and maintain Flutter app features across iOS and Android, owning architecture, state management, performance, release quality, and technical direction. You will deliver regulated trading and money-moving flows, maintain clean and observable Dart and Flutter code, own the mobile release pipeline, develop agentic SDLC practices, and collaborate with backend, product, design, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Build, ship, and maintain Flutter app features across iOS and Android
- Own architecture, state management, performance, and release quality
- Deliver trading, funding, custody, and portfolio flows
- Write clean, tested, and observable Dart and Flutter code
- Own CI/CD, app store submissions, staged rollouts, and crash monitoring
- Define and validate agentic SDLC practices for mobile
- Collaborate with backend, product, design, and compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years building production mobile apps
- Recent Flutter and Dart expertise shipped to both the App Store and Play Store
- Understanding of Bloc, Riverpod, or similar state management
- Understanding of mobile app architecture
- Experience with platform channels and native SDK integration
- Understanding of app performance, memory, offline and real-time data, secure storage, and mobile networking
- Experience with REST and WebSocket APIs
- Daily use of coding agents
- Experience building or customizing an agentic workflow, tool, or automation
- Strong written communication
- Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
- Trading product experience is a plus
- Native iOS or Android experience is a plus
