Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced App Team Lead to lead our React Native mobile development team. The role involves owning technical architecture, leading end-to-end app development, driving engineering excellence, and managing a team responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of React Native developers.
• Own mobile architecture and technical decisions across iOS and Android.
• Drive end-to-end development and timely delivery of mobile app projects.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
• Work closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams.
• Drive performance optimization, debugging, and native module integrations.
• Establish testing standards and ensure high-quality releases.
• Manage team performance, hiring, onboarding, and professional development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in mobile app development, with strong hands-on expertise in React Native.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing mobile development teams.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React Native.
• Experience building and deploying applications for both iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and navigation.
• Hands-on experience with native module integration and performance optimization.
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks, debugging, and app deployment.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and app store deployments.
• Familiarity with crash reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring tools.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs and native mobile services.
• Understanding of mobile security and application performance best practices.
