We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to deliver high‑quality building fabric maintenance across a range of Metropolitan Police sites in South London.Role ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across designated MET Police buildings.Perform carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, plastering, and general building fabric maintenance as required.Complete minor repairs to fixtures, fittings, doors, walls, partitions, and building finishes.Ensure all work is completed safely, to a high standard, and in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.Maintain accurate records using Mitie systems, including job sheets,...
