Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and reliable team members to operate a Bojangles mobile food truck. This role involves preparing and serving food, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at various locations, events, and community gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Bojangles menu items according to brand standards
- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading inventory and supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Set up and break down the truck at event locations
- Support team members to ensure efficient operations during busy periods
Additional Duties (for Lead/Driver Role, if applicable)
- Safely drive and park the food truck at scheduled locations
- Coordinate daily route schedules and event logistics
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability (including weekends, evenings, and events)
- Valid driver’s license (required for driver/operator role)
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
