About the role
We are seeking experienced Mobile Full Stack Developers to build and maintain our Q-commerce mobile application, working across mobile, backend, and cloud with product, design, and operations teams to deliver real-time inventory, order tracking, payments, and delivery logistics.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform customer and delivery-partner mobile apps using React Native and React JS, with responsive, high-performance UI/UX.
Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and optimize app performance, responsiveness, and offline capabilities.
Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices (Node.js / NestJS) for inventory, orders, payments, and user management.
Implement real-time features such as live order tracking and push notifications using WebSockets or Firebase.
Integrate payment gateways (e.g., Xendit, wallets) and third-party services such as Meta, SMS, and Google Maps.
Design and manage databases (MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL), ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Deploy on AWS, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and apply security best practices (authentication, authorization, encryption).
Requirements
5+ years of experience in full stack or mobile app development, with strong experience in React Native and React JS (must); Flutter is optional.
Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS), Python, or Java backend frameworks; REST APIs and WebSockets; MongoDB (must) and PostgreSQL (optional).
Experience with payment gateway integration and knowledge of scalable system design.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and understanding of caching (Redis) and queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Experience in Q-commerce, food delivery, or e-commerce platforms (preferred).
Familiarity with logistics or real-time tracking systems (preferred).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker / Kubernetes (preferred).
Knowledge of analytics tools and A/B testing (preferred).
Experience working in fast-paced startup environments (preferred).
