  • Build and maintain relationships with mobile homeowners, park managers, contractors, local officials, and community partners
  • Track program outcomes, budgets, and participant data while maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Support community outreach efforts to increase awareness of available rehabilitation services
  • Provide technical assistance, referrals, and problem-solving support throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Supervise and support the Mobile Home Rehabilitation Program

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills required (spoken/written English and Spanish)
  • Experienced in providing direct services to individuals or families one-to-one or in a group setting, with an emphasis on problem solving and empowerment
  • Associate degree, construction trade certification, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of housing inspection and construction methods, procedures, and practices

  • Experienced in online data management software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Current, valid driver’s license in good standing, as defined by the agency’s insurance provider (unless explicitly approved otherwise by the supervisor)
  • Current, valid personal automobile insurance (unless explicitly approved otherwise by the supervisor)
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules outside of traditional business hours
