Mobile Maintenance Engineer

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial sites, manage client expectations, and take initiative to maintain high standards of service.
Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- Carry out PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance.
- Work on motors, generators (on/off load testing), shutdowns, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, sprinkler systems, pumps, belts, bearings, seals and water treatment systems.
- Operate and have an understanding of BMS systems.
- Safely isolate plant and equipment in line with site and statutory safety procedures.
- Ensure all corrective and repair works comply with current regulations and standards.
- Promote safe working practices and high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors where required.
- Complete logbooks, RAMS, reports and permits to work.
- Raise and close jobs using PDA systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within commercial building maintenance.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach.
- Apprentice-trained background desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must be based in or able to cover Berkshire only.
Salary & Package:
- £43,000 - £45,000 per annum

- PPE and tools provided
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- Berkshire-based portfolio only
