What You’ll Get
Hourly pay: $30.26 to $41.55 based on technician level
Incentive bonus: 20%–35% of base pay, with a current average of $23.87 per hour
Profit-sharing eligibility
Full-time schedule with 40 to 50 hours per week
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off schedule

What You’ll Do
Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment on-site in Mullan, Idaho
Troubleshoot diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Complete scheduled service and repairs
Read and interpret schematics
Repair drivelines, gearboxes, and components
Perform welding and fabrication tasks
Build and repair hydraulic hoses
Document maintenance and complete work orders
Follow company safety and site procedures
What You Need
Experience with diesel or heavy equipment
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Experience with heavy equipment or mining equipment
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
Comfortable working in underground environments
Strong attention to safety and detail
Willingness and ability to work on-site in Mullan, Idaho with relocation assistance provided
