Mobile Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

The Mobile Maintenance Technician travels to assigned customer or company locations to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on fleet equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, safe work practices, professional customer communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned service locations to perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repair work on fleet equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and complete necessary repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, trailers, and related maintenance equipment as assigned.
• Respond to service calls and time-sensitive repair needs during scheduled work hours.
• Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Complete work orders, inspection reports, and service documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and replacement parts in the service vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
