Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., a multi-state mining, mineral processing and construction materials company, is looking for a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this vital position, you’ll maintain and repair mobile equipment crucial to operations. From light vehicles to heavy-duty mining machinery, your expertise will ensure operational efficiency and safety!
About the Role
As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic your responsibilities will include:

Performing regular maintenance and repairs on equipment like haul trucks, loaders, dozers, and concrete trucks.

Conducting preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and overhauls to predict and address mechanical issues.

Operating heavy machinery as needed, such as front-end loaders, forklifts, and bobcats.

Maintaining detailed service records and adhering to all safety protocols.

What We're Looking For
-
At least five years of mechanic experience preferred.
-
Strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to read manuals and follow SOPs. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Your own set of tools to perform the required tasks.

A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is a bonus.

Capability to lift and handle up to 75 lbs., work in varying conditions, and use necessary safety equipment.

Awareness of and adherence to safety standards and ability to respond promptly to hazards.

Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check, drug screening and medical exam.
