Summary
Repairs mobile devices: replaces screens, batteries, and components, performs diagnostics, and handles micro-soldering while providing customer service in a repair shop.
Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Testing: Test device hardware and software using diagnostic tools to find faults.
Hardware Repair: Replace cracked screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and housing components.
Advanced Repair: Perform micro-soldering and motherboard repairs when required.
Customer Service: Explain repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to clients.
Inventory Management: Track spare parts and manage repair logs or invoices.
Knowledge of major mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and hardware structures.
Experience: Ranging from entry-level (with in-house training provided) to 2–4 years of hands-on device servicing.
Soft Skills: Good communication, patience, and attention to detail when handling delicate parts.
Availability for morning to afternoon shifts
4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends
