About the Role
As our Senior Mobile Phone Technician, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of smartphones and tablets. You'll be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality repairs while supporting junior technicians and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose hardware and software faults on smartphones and tablets.
Perform advanced repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging ports, cameras, motherboards, and micro-soldering (preferred but not essential).
Test all devices before and after repairs to ensure quality workmanship.
Accurately assess repair requirements and provide professional advice to customers.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Is confident repairing Apple, Samsung, Google, Oppo and other major brands.
Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is reliable, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
