Mobile QA Engineer
You will own quality for the Flutter mobile app across iOS and Android through manual and automated testing. You will build the mobile test automation suite, test regulated onboarding, funding, trading, custody, deposit, withdrawal, and portfolio flows, own release quality, measure quality with test plans and metrics, and use AI agents to expand QA coverage while applying human judgment.
Responsibilities
- Test the mobile app manually and automatically across iOS and Android
- Design and maintain the mobile test automation suite
- Test onboarding, KYC, funding, trading, custody, deposits, withdrawals, charts, and portfolio flows
- Perform regression testing and verify device and operating system coverage
- Manage staged rollout quality and triage crashes
- Create test plans, actionable bug reports, and quality metrics
- Use AI agents to generate test cases, triage crash logs, and expand coverage
Requirements
- 3+ years in QA
- Experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android
- Hands-on experience with Flutter integration_test, Appium, Maestro, or equivalent mobile automation frameworks
- Strong test design skills covering edge cases, boundary conditions, and error states
- Ability to read API responses and inspect logs
- Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Regular use of AI tools and coding agents
- Experience building or customizing an AI-assisted testing or automation workflow
- Experience in fintech, trading, payments, or another trust-critical consumer product is a plus
- Performance, security, or accessibility testing experience is a plus
