Mobile Sales Assistant
Summary
A retail sales assistant role at Carousell Group's partner stores in Singapore, selling and promoting new and pre-owned mobile devices, handling customer sales and trade-ins, and doing stocking, packing, data entry, and store upkeep. Requires retail experience and basic point-of-sale skills.
- Work at our partner stores (multiple locations).
Sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels
Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.
Data Entry and other Administrative duties
Pick, pack, and get devices (phones and other electronics) for sale
Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
Maintain a clean and organized store.
Any other operational requirement as determined by store manager
- Good communication and people skills.
Experience in retail is required.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
Willing to learn about mobile devices, trade-ins, and diagnostics.
Able to work independently and in a team.
