Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics, Repairs & Recalls: Perform diagnostic, repairs and recalls at customers location

  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations, and battery checks.

  • Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers regarding repair needs, provide cost estimates, and explain services in a non-technical manner.
  • Schedule Management: Efficiently manage daily travel routes and schedules to meet appointments on time.
  • Equipment & Documentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service vehicle. Accurately document services performed and parts used using computer systems.

  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe, clean work environment.
