Mobile Service Technician

Do you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and providing outstanding customer service? We're looking for a dependable and motivated Mobile Service Technician to bring dealership-quality service directly to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations.
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, software updates, and other approved mobile services.
• Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and determine when dealership service is needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and recommended repairs.
• Complete repair orders and documentation accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Represent Chuck Nash with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency for repair orders and inspections.

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday–Friday but must be able to work on weekends
