This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on automotive systems and equipment.
Execute repairs on hydraulic systems, power tools, and other machinery.
Utilize soldering techniques for electrical repairs as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently during service operations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive repair, with a focus on diagnostics.
Strong knowledge of hydraulics and related systems.
Proficiency in using power tools and welding equipment is required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to the field are advantageous.
Cummins certification is preferred.
