Mobile Software Developer (Flutter & React Native / Cross-Platform)

Summary

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter and React Native, integrate device features, and work with TypeScript/Node backends.

As a Mobile Software Developer you will be responsible for
  • Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications in Flutter/Dart and React Native, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and a polished UX.
  • Integrate native device capabilities: camera, biometrics, secure storage, push notifications, deep linking, and third-party SDKs (payments, identity verification).
  • Build and consume TypeScript/Node (Express) backend services and REST APIs that power the apps, including server-driven / dynamic UI content.
  • Work within a structured Git workflow (issue → branch → pull request → review).
  • Participate in code review: both giving and receiving, and write well-documented, maintainable, reusable code.
  • Support the app build and release process across iOS and Android.
  • Troubleshoot and debug across the mobile and backend layers.
  • Help choose the right framework per project (Flutter vs React Native vs native) and prototype accordingly.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years building and shipping cross-platform mobile applications, with hands-on production experience in both Flutter/Dart and React Native (or strong depth in one and demonstrable working ability in the other).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+) and in Dart.
  • Solid grasp of state-management patterns in both ecosystems (e.g. BLoC/Riverpod/Provider in Flutter; Redux/Zustand/React Query in React Native).
  • Comfortable with native platform concerns: permissions, lifecycle, device APIs, and third-party SDK integration.
  • Experience consuming and building REST APIs.
  • Experience with Git and pull-request-based collaboration workflows.
  • Familiarity with Agile development.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, reusable code and to work effectively in someone else's codebase.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication.
