Job Summary-

Required Skills • Strong experience in automation architecture and Quality Engineering. • Expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar automation tools. • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python. • Strong experience in UI, Mobile, API testing tools and frameworks. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps. • Experience with test reporting, logging, and monitoring solutions. • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left testing practices. • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience implementing automation at enterprise scale. • Experience with AI-powered testing tools and Agentic AI solutions. • Relevant certifications in Quality Engineering, Cloud, or Agile methodologies. • Experience in Retail eCommerce domain is added advantage. Success Metrics • Increased automation coverage and execution efficiency. • Reduced test execution cycle time. • Improved release quality and reduced production defect leakage. • Enhanced CI/CD adoption and quality governance across teams.
