Mobile App Manual & Automation Tester

Job Description

We are looking for a QA Tester with hands-on experience in mobile application manual and automation testing, covering iOS/Android, web applications, APIs, and SDKs.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual, functional, regression, and exploratory test cases.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Appium and Selenium.
• Perform API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
• Test mobile applications, web platforms, backend APIs, and SDK integrations.
• Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA/TestRail.
• Support CI/CD-based automated testing and release validation.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and geographically distributed teams.
• Explore AI-assisted testing approaches to improve test coverage and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Appium, Selenium, and mobile testing.
• Experience with API testing and Postman.
• Programming/scripting experience in Java or Python.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA/TestRail and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with iOS/Xcode and Android/Android Studio.
• SDK and REST API testing experience.
• Basic SQL/NoSQL knowledge.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing or AI/ML-based quality engineering.
