As a mobile technician, you'll work independently from a service truck, helping commercial fleet customers keep their equipment operating safely and efficiently. We're looking for someone who can troubleshoot problems, complete repairs in the field, and provide dependable service that keeps our customers moving.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll perform a variety of refrigeration and trailer maintenance services, including:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain transport refrigeration equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance services to reduce downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and wiring-related issues
- Perform trailer repairs and support DOT-compliant equipment inspections
- Inspect systems, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions
- Service telematics components and complete related repairs
- Interpret fault codes, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate diagnostics
- Operate service equipment and tools safely while working in the field
- Document inspections, repairs, and parts usage using company software
- Deliver high-quality service while representing Fleet Repair Solutions professionally at customer locations
What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous experience working as a Transport Refrigeration Technician
- Hands-on trailer repair experience
- Knowledge of DOT inspections and compliance standards
- EPA 608 Certification
- Ability to diagnose refrigeration system issues using alarm and fault codes
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Welding experience on steel and/or aluminum is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
