This is a field-based position providing on-site maintenance and repair services for trucks, trailers, and fleet customers throughout West Michigan.

Compensation & Incentives
Hourly Pay $25.00-$36.00 per hour (Based on experience, certifications, and skill level)
3% base pay increase for each certification obtained
Monthly Proficiency Bonus
$100-$300 per month
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $500 after 90 days
- $500 after 6 months
Optional Commission Program
Qualified technicians may earn up to 35% of the labor revenue generated.

What You'll Do
- Perform mobile truck and trailer repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance services
- Conduct DOT and safety inspections
- Diagnose and repair brake systems
- Diagnose and repair air systems
- Troubleshoot electrical systems
- Perform suspension and structural repairs
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service at job sites
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the service team
Preferred Qualifications
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Mobile service experience
- Fleet maintenance experience
- CDL (preferred but not required)
