Mobile User Acquisition Manager
Jedy Apps is a mobile app company operating a portfolio of 80+ Android utility apps on Google Play, reaching ~1.5M daily active users. We run performance marketing at scale, backed by robust data infrastructure (Firebase/GA4, RevenueCat, Singular) and AI-driven automation tools.
About the Role We're looking for a data-driven, highly analytical User Acquisition Manager to own and grow our Google Ads activity (primarily Google App Campaigns), with a clear path to expanding into non-social channels.
This is not a maintain-the-dashboards role. We want someone who treats UA as a science and acts as their own Data Analyst—comfortable diving deep into raw data without relying on a dedicated data science team, working with LTV modeling, predictive bidding, and managing complex account structures with high budgets
What You'll Do
- Own and scale Google Ads performance across dozens of app campaigns, managing large-scale budgets ($1M+ monthly) and complex account structures.
- Build and optimize bidding strategies based on predicted Lifetime Value (LTV) rather than simple targets.
- Conduct hands-on data analysis using GA4, Singular, and RevenueCat to uncover deep insights and optimize campaign performance based on payback and cohort dat
- Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, detect anomalies, and streamline repetitive tasks.
- Demonstrate an ownership mindset by driving initiatives proactively and taking responsibility for the growth roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts
- 1+ year specifically with Google App Campaigns (UAC)
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale account structures and significant advertising budgets ($750k+ monthly spend)
- Experience working with predicted/modeled LTV as a bidding input, not just historical revenue
- Strong hands-on data analytics skills , acting as your own Data Analyst to perform deep data explorations and draw actionable insights
