- Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to
ensure sufficient resource is in place ahead of contract commencement.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and
change impacts throughout mobilisation phases.
- Ensure all mobilisation activity aligns with
Anchor standards, contractual requirements, governance frameworks, and company
policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships,
ensuring a high standard of communication and service delivery throughout the
project lifecycle.
- Embed health & safety, compliance, and
information security requirements into all mobilisation activities.
- Monitor progress against agreed plans and provide
regular reporting updates to senior stakeholders.
- Support operational teams through transition
periods to ensure a smooth and controlled handover into business-as-usual
operations.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or SIA
Non-Front-Line Licence.
- Proven experience delivering complex
mobilisations, transitions, or large-scale change projects within Security,
Cleaning, or Facilities Management.
- Strong project management capability, with the
ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client
relationship skills.
- Demonstrable leadership experience, including
leading cross-functional teams and operational workstreams.
- Strong communication, organisation, and
problem-solving skills.
