Mobility Aftermarket Aftersales Operations Smart Start - Recruitment Days
- Support the daily operations of the aftersales team, including follow-up on technical, CRM, and SAP-related tasks.
- Follow up on invoicing, spare parts planning, stock transfers, service campaigns, service audits, training certifications, and various daily reports to ensure efficient service management.
- Prepare service bulletins in coordination with the service engineer.
- Monitor aftersales service performance through defined KPIs and take follow-up actions where necessary.
- Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or a Master's student in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Familiarity with data analysis to support the daily operations of the aftersales team.
- A results-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Fluency in English.
