M Culinary Concepts is searching for our next fun, enthusiastic, and experienced Model Bartenders who are ready for the challenge of working with the premier off-premises caterer in the Southwest!

We are seeking professional, experienced Model Bartenders to represent our brand at high-profile events across the state. This unique role combines fast, accurate beverage service with polished brand representation, confident guest engagement, and strict adherence to Arizona alcohol compliance standards.

Model Bartenders deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional presentation, efficient service, and an energetic, approachable presence.

This is demanding event work. Successful candidates must remain composed and professional throughout extended shifts, intense rush periods, crowded service areas, changing outdoor conditions, and continuous guest interaction.

What We Need From You

As a Model Bartender, you'll play an essential role in creating exceptional guest experiences while maintaining our standards of service, professionalism, and responsible alcohol service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently while following approved recipes, portion standards, and Arizona liquor laws.

• Deliver fast, accurate beverage service in high-volume environments, including festivals, sporting events, concerts, and private events.

• Verify valid 21+ identification and required wristbands before serving alcoholic beverages.

• Use approved measuring tools for all pours and follow established POS procedures and cash-control policies.

• Represent M Culinary Concepts, event partners, and assigned brands with an energetic, approachable, and professional presence.

• Provide friendly, confident guest service while maintaining composure during high-volume service periods.

• Recognize signs of intoxication, monitor guest consumption, and appropriately refuse or de-escalate service when necessary.

• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and professional bar station throughout each event.

• Communicate effectively with bar leads, barbacks, cocktail servers, security personnel, and event leadership.

• Assist with event setup, service operations, restocking, and breakdown as assigned.

• Participate in approved event photography, credentialing, or promotional activities when assigned.
  
  

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who bring professionalism, confidence, and a passion for hospitality to every event.

Preferred qualifications and requirements:

• Previous professional bartending, promotional modeling, brand ambassador, or luxury hospitality experience.

• Demonstrated experience working in high-volume environments such as stadiums, festivals, golf tournaments, concerts, nightclubs, resorts, or large-scale special events.

• Strong communication skills, confident guest engagement, and the ability to remain professional under pressure.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to all accepted shifts and required training.

• Current Arizona Title 4 Basic Alcohol Training certification, or the ability to obtain certification before working an event.

• Ability to follow designated uniform requirements and consistently applied professional grooming standards.

• Dependable transportation to and from designated event staff parking locations.

• Ability to follow established service procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
  
  

Essential Job Functions & Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

• Repetitive reaching, lifting, and hand movements.

• Working in crowded, noisy indoor and outdoor environments.

• Working in changing temperatures and outdoor weather conditions.

• Moving event supplies weighing up to 40 pounds.

• Maintaining continuous guest service during shifts of approximately 8–10 hours, with scheduled breaks.

This position offers a flexible, event-based schedule, with shifts available based on business needs and manager discretion.

Our events may require early mornings, extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and multiple consecutive days of availability.

Scheduling and final shift assignments are determined by event staffing needs, required qualifications, and management discretion.
