Model Line Manager – RAM Light Duty
The Model Line Manager supports the execution of the current model year performance for RAM Light Duty. This role serves as the strategic lead for the analysis and implementation of commercial actions that support RAM Light Duty business objectives, translating market insights into actionable incentives, inventory, and retail execution strategies that maximize sales, market share, and inventory efficiency.
Working cross-functionally with Brand, Sales, Incentives, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Field Operations, and Dealer Network Development, this role identifies emerging opportunities and risks, develops tactical action plans, and drives execution to achieve short-term business objectives while supporting long-term brand success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial performance of RAM Light Duty by monitoring sales, market share, inventory, dealer execution, and competitive activity to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers in partnership with senior leadership.
- Develop and communicate ordering strategies and retail performance insights that align inventory with market demand, improve dealer execution, and drive retail sales growth and market competitiveness.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting and business updates that communicate vehicle performance, key recommended actions to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with supporting departments to drive coordinated activation of commercial initiatives and current model year objectives.
- Influence commercial decisions through data-driven recommendations that improve sales, market share, inventory health, and retail execution.
