Job Description

We are looking for a professional to join our Credit Modeling Team — an environment where data, technology, and business go hand in hand to transform strategic decisions.

We use advanced statistical techniques and Machine Learning, exploring data from across the organization to build credit risk models customized to the needs of each business. These models are essential tools for our clients to optimize and maximize their decisions.

Key responsibilities

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Develop credit risk models using statistical techniques and Machine Learning solutions, with a focus on Python;
• Manipulate, explore, and analyze large databases using Python;
• Conduct ad hoc studies and statistical analyses to support decision-making;
• Interpret analytical results, evaluating their coherence, relevance, and impact on the business;
• Translate complex technical analyses and concepts into clear and objective insights, suitable for different audiences, including clients from various segments and internal areas.

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional who has:

• Solid experience in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and the development of statistical and Machine Learning models;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact easily with internal and external clients;
• A proactive profile, with a focus on results, quality, and value delivery;
• An analytical, questioning, and curious mindset, with a continuous interest in learning, technical evolution, and identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement;
• The ability to propose solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Knowledge of GenAI will be considered a plus.
