Job Summary

You will develop and update fire sprinkler design drawings and BIM models to ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and company standards, supporting construction and site coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Review and align fire sprinkler design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines
  • Prepare CAD drawings and Revit models for fire sprinkler construction, coordination, and as-built documentation
  • Monitor and update models and CAD drawings to reflect site condition changes accurately
  • Verify that all models and drawings comply with specifications and company standards
  • Organize and maintain proper indexing, filing, and storage of drawings for easy retrieval
  • Prepare submission documents and transmittal forms to support project approvals
  • Ensure construction documents and BIM models contain accurate parameters and information
  • Confirm that all documents, models, and drawings comply with site regulations, Singapore laws, company policies, and instructions from superiors or clients
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • ITE or Diploma, preferably in a mechanical-related field
  • 3 Year Experience in modeling, designing, or drafting mechanical/piping systems and fire sprinklers is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and a collaborative team player
  • Willingness to work on-site and take measurements
