About the job
We are looking for a Modern Endpoint Management Expert to provide on-site support to an EU Agency in Warsaw. The consultant will be responsible for the administration, deployment, and optimisation of endpoint management solutions in large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and monitoring of workstation environments
- Management of Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Deployment of operating systems, applications, patches, and configurations
- Troubleshooting of endpoint and application issues
- Enforcement of security policies and compliance monitoring
- Collaboration with internal teams and external providers
- Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
Profile requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience
- At least 5 years in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of:
- Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Windows client operating systems
- Microsoft Defender and Entra ID
- Good scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Good knowledge of IT security and networking
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
- EU SECRET security clearance required
- English level: B2 minimum
Desired Assets
- Experience with 2Pint Software and PatchMyPC
- Knowledge of tiered infrastructure models
- Microsoft certifications (M365 Administrator / Endpoint Administrator)
