What You'll Do
- Set sand cores into molds with precision using both hand tools and core-setting equipment
- Inspect molds and cores to ensure quality before casting
- Install filters and prepare molds for production
- Remove excess sand using air wands and drill arms
- Identify quality concerns and communicate them to your supervisor
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
You'd be a great fit if you:
- Have at least one year of manufacturing experience
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Work well with others and communicate effectively
- Pay attention to detail and take pride in quality work
- Can follow written work instructions
- Enjoy physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
