Job Responsibilities
- Perform set up and operation of injection molding machines
- Launch new production series while ensuring a smooth start-up process.
- Efficiently perform tool changes and continuously monitor machine conditions.
- Optimize molding parameters and troubleshoot quality issues to maintain high standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and accurately document results for quality assurance.
- Implement effective corrective actions to minimize defects and enhance product quality.
- Provide technical support and carry out emergency repairs to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of machine settings and adjustments for traceability.
Job Requirements
